It's a nice job, but I may suggest you to review the circles inside each other in red. I know that it causes emphasys when we see it but you should use the area criteria for the scaling circles as value graphics, not the diameter. It's just a recommendation not only from me but also from specialists in data visualization. By the way, I liked it.
